Handmade Garlic Plate

Garlic plates are more than mere decoration--use them to spice up your dinner parties. Simply rub a fresh clove of garlic (or several) over the raised spiral in the center. Then, add olive oil and desired spices (freshly ground pepper, sea salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, etc.). Dip freshly baked bread or a baguette of choice. Voila!
